Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and NZ Public Holidays) upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
For international shipments, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Modifications and Address Changes: We understand that you may need to make changes to your order or shipping address. If your order has already been collected you may be able to work with the shipping carrier via your tracking link to redirect the parcel. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, modifications may not be possible depending on the carrier used.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances may result in lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
